After emailing and leaving two voice messages to return my call yesterday, I've unfortunately just received the most appalling 'service' from Henwick Properties Thatcham office after attempting to get in touch once again.
After being laughed at by the first employee when I didn't have the properties full address immediately at hand (as they have many properties in the area apparently), he proceeded to hang up the call when I asked him to hold on a moment while I check for the address on the phone I was calling from. When I called back the next employee was extremely unprofessional and would not divulge either the first persons name or his own after I explained what had just happened.
Disgraceful service and an incredible level of arrogance, I would avoid Henwick Properties at all costs.
