Service was excellent and delivery was very quick!

I purchased a couple HockeyShot Sauce Phenoms when they first came out. I noticed they were pulled from their website soon after. The company noticed a problem with some of the material used and let the customer (myself) know. They addressed and made aware of the issue, and sent new sauce kits when they had the problem resolved.

I appreciate the way they were open about the problem to their customer and the way they handled the situation. Great to know they back the quality of their product they sell.

My son loves the training equipment and this has really helped keep him interested in hockey when he can't actually play on the ice with his teammates because of the pandemic. Great stuff!

Fast shipping, and my order was correct! However I had to call several times to receive my points so I could use them towards my next purchase.

Although my shipment was late, due to shipping issues with the carrier, their customer service always followed up with me to let me know the issue and when my order seemed lost they replaced it completely and added a few items to compensate for the long wait. Great service.

I have had excellent dealings with HockeyShot but I am still waiting for a replacement for the perfect passer pro that formed multiple cracks over just a few months. Hockeyshot did say they were going to replace it but it was back ordered and we are in the middle of a pandemic. If at some point I receive it Hockeyshot will be five stars in my books.
