I ordered re-usable silicon zip containers for a cost of $43. After several weeks I received them and they were defective. They don't stay closed. I tried to contact the company and received no response for weeks. Eventually, after repeatedly emailing, Cici replied that because it costs $20 to ship back (you can't just ship back to the US return address) so she'd offer me a $3 to not ship them back. WTH? After pushing back she offered $9, then $14, now I am at $24 which is their "final offer". It has been 3 weeks of emails bargaining for my money back. Who treats customers that way?

I bought the heated vest and it showed up missing the battery pack to charge it. No instructions or anything. Tried to refund and they originally offered me a credit towards other items. Asked for discount code and their reply was an email stating the date my item was delivered. Totally ignoring my request for the refund/store credit. The vest didn't work and it is of poor quality. It smells really weird as well. I had to take out of my room because it was so strong. Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. They are 100% a scam and all of their products are cheap and don't work.

I ordered the genie bra's over 3 weeks ago. And I have not received them. I have reached out several times and the only email I have received is an apology stating that UPS has been holding my package for 9 days when contacting ups they don't have any package for me. E-mailed Hoiten again and received the same email a duplicate of the first email from them. All I want is my money refunded to my card or my merchandise that I paid for. To top it off there is NO phone number to reach this company. Sucerely angry customer

That hoiten.com company is NO GOOD. The windshield cover I ordered, the pieces meant to have suction and hold the cover on, are too hard and can't suction! I asked for my money back, I'd return it, or for them to send me better suction pieces. They said "don't return it, we'll give you a code to order something at the same price" they never did, and put me off, and no responses and now it's exactly a month after receiving the stupid crap and I read no refunds after 30 days now. Isn't there a YELP review spot to warn people?

I ordered 2 heated vests and they appear to be stuck in shipping. In the one response I got from the company they said it was being held by a shipping facility but they have now responded to me anymore. I have emailed quite often requesting a response. and have gotten nothing, This company has no phone number and does not respond. I would order from them.

I ordered 3 Halloween mask off hoiten for 80 dollars. They said they will send me a confirmation number to my email and never did. I been emailing them for 6days to see what's going on with my order. No reply so I emailed them from a different email and they replied but as soon as I gave them my order number I never heard from them again. I can't find a phone number on them.
