How can we register a complaint against this company with Govt authorities for their Cancellation and refund scam.
.. I don't think any benefit will be there by mentioning my booking reference.
But one thing for sure "THIS COMPANY IS HOLDING PUBLICS HARD EARNED MONEY EVEN AFTER CANCELLATION UNETHICALLY"

My voucher 30186276 was canceled last July 24,2019. As per the terms & conditions, it will be refunded within 3-6 months. I respected your terms & conditions and waited. Every month I called your hotline and the Customer Representative informed me that as your system, this refund will be process on Jan. 23, 2020 maximum as per Kate. I waited for Jan. 23, 2020 and called again your hotline to remind you on this. The person I spoke was Giordano and he was informed by your Finance Dept. that the refund will be on process but I guess it will never happen because they could not confirm at least the probable date of transfer. Again I called now and asked when would be the possible date but they could not confirm. NO ONE IS RESPONDING PROPERLY NOR ON THE EMAIL or CALL. I don't want to bother anyone that's why I kept on sending emails but no one is reverting back. I came to learn that HOLIDAY FACTORY IS NOT RESPECTING your own Terms & Conditions and you are being DISHONEST to your customers.

My voucher 30177317 was cancelled last July 23. As per the terms & conditions, it will be refunded with 3-6 months. I respected your terms & conditions and waited. Last November 2019 I called your hotline and the Customer Representative informed me that as your system, this refund will be process on Jan. 19, 2020. I waited for Jan. 19, 2020 and called again your hotline to remind you on this. The person I spoke was Kate and she was informed by your Finance Dept. that the refund is on process and wait for 3 banking day. Again, I waited but unfortunately, nothing happened. I called again today morning. I spoke with Giordano, he told me he can't reached your Finance team and will closely monitor my refund. But an unfortunate situation happened when I called again around 1:50pm today. Customer Representative Lot told me that your Finance did NOTHING and this is frustrating. I came to learn that HOLIDAY FACTORY IS NOT RESPECTING your own Terms & Conditions and you are being DISHONEST to your customers. Please note that AED 8,492 is not a small amount and it is my right to take back my money. You keep it with you for 6 months even if it's not yours!

I bought two vouchers for the georgia snow mountain super sale and already submitted my requested travel dates last 11-Jan-20. I got a confirmation after that saying i will receive my travel details within 72 hours. However, there was no reply, no e-mail, no calls until now that its already more than 100 hours. I also called to your customer service number yesterday (14-Jan-20) and talked to Mr. Ron, he said he already sent a reminder and a request to call me first before doing my booking. Yet, until now no update/nothing from Holiday Factory. This is my first time with you and i was really hoping it will turn our fine even though i have been reading negative reviews online.
Really hoping to hear positive and quick response from you guys.

On the other hand the tour guide in pucket was completely absent so no service was given by her at all but we managed to deal with the situation as we stayed only one day and half in Pucket.
The complete experience was good and have good value of money.

i have tried to buy a deal for ARMENIA &
GEORGIA package at the same time when the deal active 31 December 2019, 12 noon ( not even a few seconds ) but its says sold out, not only this any deal when you try to buy on the same time when the deal active you will get the same message,im not sure how come 10 customers can buy deal in few second, they put fake price and force the customer to buy the expensive package.

first lets start with Nata " who welcome us from the airport to our hotel " she is so kind and willing to help with full information and advice when we ask about anything, thank you.
NOW will start with Nino " our amazingly and cheerful tour guide for the first two days in tbilisi and Gudari " you will be very lucky if she is your tour guide you know why !? , she could help with all smile and open heart to make your trip wonderful , beautiful manner , patient , giving you all informations even before you ask , her aim is to make your holiday memorable one and is a great pleasure to see tourist come to georiga and enjoy your holiday over and over. We feel that she is generous and poilt and have all the characters that tour should have.. thank you nino , i give you 5 star for sure … and holiday factory is the best i recommended it for everyone.

So I waited for 6 months but they failed to return the money
Now more than 6 months they aren't returning the money if I asked not assurance about my money.. I am personally disappointed about their service
I keep sending reminder mails but no response
I don't trust this kind of tourism anymore

2. They offered a package for 4nights, but at the hotel they only booked 3 nights. Due to this our room keys were seized by the hotel with all our belongings left inside. This was utterly disrespectful and inconvenient.
3. They suck at refunds. First of all, they havent paid my refund yet (the one due to change of destination). Its been 3 weeks. Secondly, they have told me that they will deduct 75% of the refund because i took an additional tour during my holiday (interesting fact- i have already paid for that tour in cash to a holiday factory representative at the destination). The representative informed us that no receipts are given after we asked repeatedly and they have poor coordination amongst themselves. They鈥檙e doing a fraud with customers. They have double charged me for this stupid tour. Holiday Factory you really need to get your crap together – you鈥檙e the worst company to deal with. This is utmost disrespect to a customer implying that the customer has not paid money, when its actually you who is not returning out money!
I will be resorting to a formal complaint to the economic regulators and the police regarding this.

Just wanted to share that we had a great time with the service you had provided.
Though it was a 2-day trip (4-5th Oct 2019), yet we enjoyed a lot and learnt many things about the culture and beautiful nature of Armenia. Huge applause to your man "Yohan"… he is so well informed and very warm, we can never forget his sense of humour and his charm. He responded to the queries and silly historical questions shot out spontaneously from all of us in the group. Highly appreciate his knowledge and chosen words to describe historical Armenia, the monuments..the architecture, mountains, people etc. We have to thank Yohan for his time and energy. After completing our excursions He took all of us around the city at night and even paid for our metro tickets and popcorns which is a huge deal for us as he has gone out of the way to make us feel more welcome and love for Armenia. Thank you so much.
Apart from the fun part, just wanted to share if you could schedule the city tour during the day as it would be more adequate that way. Also, if the guides could have meals along with us at the same table, cause we need to continue the fun and discussions.
Overall this has been a fun-filled break and we are already preparing to visit Armenia soon for a longer period. we enjoyed the natural and fresh Caucasian food. Just loved the juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, cheese and everything about Armenia. The people are so warm and friendly..the entire aura is positive and festive <3

I am really disappointed with your booking.
When I selected the package I choosed the flight from Dubai where I paid more.
I got confirm my travel plans and I got my tickets as well. Now Grace call me at the last movement and tell my booking was on hold. She was not a good customer caring. She told me she can only book the ticket from Sharjah which was really inconvenient for me or book from Dubai next day or I can go for cancellations with cancellations fee. Why should I take this options? This is a mistake by your team. My leave are already planned as per my previous confirmation from holiday factory. Now I cannot pre or postpone my holidays.
Grace was ok if I don't be a customer for holiday factory or she was also okay if I don't recommend to holiday factory to my friend.
Really disappointed. Now I am worried on my travel plans done by holiday factory to Armenia or Georgia.

I travelled to Bangkok with family on the 11th of August 2019 and we were greeted by your Holiday Factory representative Mr Rudi. He was absolutely wonderful and most accommodating with a willingness to make our holiday perfect for our entire stay in Bangkok. He had provided us with a holiday that was filled with information, culture and lots of fun. We as a family have really experienced a fantastic holiday with him and would like to thank him for making our experience and holiday in Bangkok a pleasurable one.

It was my first trip with Holiday Factory and I was extremely impressed with the facilities and staff stationed in Georgia. Georgians are warm and welcoming people. Valeri who handled my pick up and drop off gave me very valuable insight into site seeing and what I shouldn鈥檛 miss about Georgian culture. He was very helpful, proactive and truly hospitable person. Also, I took a few excursions with holiday factory and the tour guides very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the experience of the tour even more enjoyable. Specially Nino, Nini and Magda. It wasn鈥檛 my first choice for this Eid break but Istanbul turned out to be an experience worth remembering largely due to Holiday Factory鈥檚 team – Tatiana & Tatevik, the patient team leaders from Holiday Factory who made all the arrangements nicely; Mr. Onder our guide for Old City tour by walk, a man with incredible amount of information and a large heart to make the experience memorable for his team, to the extent of delaying his own lunch; Mr. Yousuf our guide to Prince鈥檚 Islands, for his planning and loads of patience (hope he found his car keys back). Many thanks to you all for doing your best to make it a memorable experience for us – given all the challenges of big crowd during the Eid break! Well done!

before buying the package to Brunei & Bali priness CONFIRMED that Royal Brunei Airlines will provide the transit visa to Brunei and we only need to get the Indonesian Visa, after buying the package for 2 we wanted a confimation by email that the airlines will give the visa… Princess said that we can check with the flight attendant and she will help us!!
We checked with Brunei embassy and they told us that we need to apply for the visa and it will take 2 months to get it!!
After calling and emailing them that you lied to us "again"!!!
We called another customer service representative and told him eveything, he was shocked!!
After toooooo many fights with them we asked them to reimburse us, Grace didn't accept to do anything!!
They just booked for us "1 night" in the airport hotel eventhough we will stay 3 nights there!!
Aaaand, we were supposed to stay in a 7 stars hotel in Brunei!!
Worst customer service ever!! They are ready to lie and whatever they can do just to push you and make you buy the package!!
