I don't usually take time to rate services but good service is so rare these days. I have used home media on three occasions over the last several years. This company came in to install my new smart television. Since I am a senior citizen, I find a lot of this new technology is really proving to be complicating for me. The technician that came to my home was so professional and courteous and quick. After mounting the television, he actually took the time to educate me as to how to work the remote and tv. Who knew it could all be so confusing? I feel so much better now. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of work.
