never answer the phone or return messages. when you call customer service during business hours
ait rings at someones home. Then after hours it says leave a message but they are not returned. I think they may be out of business.

Customer service won't help you get your delivery. They say here is the trucking number call them. Over 3 weeks still waiting for my delivery, and 4 delivery dates later still no vanity.

I worked with Paul at HomeThangs for months in selecting and purchasing tile for a bathroom remodel. He was incredibly helpful and responsive — and I was a difficult customer! The tile I wound up with (Soci Grunge) is fantastic — haven't had it installed long enough to say much about it, beyond it being gorgeous. Paul arranged shipment and when we made some changes and needed more tile quickly, he managed to arrange delivery within a week — stellar service all around. If you're needing tile, I highly recommend HomeThangs!

I ordered some custom PolArt furniture for my new home, and have nothing to complain about, since I ordered a dining and a bedroom set, I was offered a very nice discount. Everything arrived on time, as promised, and the furniture looked stunning, even better that on the picture! I was very excited for my guests to experience my new dining set, I received tons of compliments, everyone admired how beautiful it looks! Thank you Homethangs team for helping us make our wedding anniversary party such an unforgettable event for us and our guests!

We ordered a vanity from HomeThangs after shopping multiple sites. Their pricing was the best and they had a special on the line I was ordering. In addition I received free shipping. I was called the next day and informed that the vanity was out of stock but offered a different color which ended up being a better fit. Our vanity arrived less than a week later. I will recommend HomeThangs to everyone who asks and I have bragged about the great price and service that I have received.

I ordered some furniture for almost $1000 that was clearly listed offering FREE shipping (*) on www homethangs com. I live in a small town in middle-America, nothing extraordinary. The next day I get a call from the store telling me that my zip code location is subject to "water restrictions" and thus I must pay an overcharge equivalent to about 20% of the item's cost. I called my town manager and confirmed that there are no delivery or other restrictions, charges, taxes, fees or anything. I told homethangs this, but they would not budge. I had to cancel the order and start looking again after more than 24 hours wasted.

I have been harmed because of the time I spent comparing items, taking into account shipping costs, which was then used as an excuse to charge much more. This practice is called "bait and switch", that is, offer a low price, and once a customer places the order, jack the price up or tack extra costs.

I have been further harmed because the jacked up price was made known to me after more than 24 hours, in which time other offers and sale items that I could have picked initially might have been sold or the sale expired and thus my potential choices had been hurt. In fact, on the day I placed the order, the same item was on sale at another site at a slightly higher price but 24 hours later it was sold out. I ended paying even more but at least I do not feel cheated.

(*) Shipping Policies as stated on www homethangs com. Most of the items have flat rate shipping fee, as noted on the website. Flat shipping, Free shipping or any other promotional shipping rates are valid for continental US only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other remote locations or high-cost delivery areas(like Manhattan in New York City and Islands) and international orders additional shipping charges may apply.
