I was very excited to order from home24, but that quickly changed as soon as I payed for my order. I was looking at sliding door closets and I ordered one specifically because it said it will be delivered 2-3 weeks.
As soon as I purchased, the wait for delivery date changed to 11 weeks!!!
I would have ordered a different item if I have to wait. The only reason I ordered this specific item is to have it delivered in the listed time.
This is really disappointing because I really need it in the promised 2/3 weeks not in 11 weeks!
Why did the information instantly change as soon as I payed for it?
This is not honest to your customers.

Please tell me that this is just a mistake and I can receive my order in a month not 3?!?!?
I was reading all the reviews here and it seems that honesty about the delivery time has been problematic in this company. People seem to be waiting for the listed time and then couple of days before delivery it pushes back another couple of weeks. This concerns me! I don't want to be in this category of customers. I am becoming very worried and regret getting involved and purchasing from this company. I really hope that I can speak to a manager who can explain to me how did this happen and help me pick and item that IS available for faster delivery than 11 weeks!
So disappointed and can't stop crying. 700$ just poof gone
Update: Through Trustpilot I was instructed to contact Home24 through their website or app, I did just that but still haven't hear anything back from HOME24!

UPDATE! Friday 18 September 2020 at 10:31 pm/ 22:31 (way past the time I can call customer service, until Monday) I receive an email from Home24 and here is what it says :

WHAT IS GOING ON?!
I can see in my online bank account that the transaction went through on Sept 8th 2020
I can definitely prove that I payed, but how come HOME24 is saying that I didn鈥檛.
When the money clearly left my account and went to HOME24AG Berlin as my bank account states
And while I am patiently waiting for my order, that was said to take 11 weeks to deliver, now says that it is 8 weeks away.
So what is the problem with the payment?
My money is gone and now you鈥檙e saying that YOU DONT HAVE IT EITHER????!!!!!!!!
What kind of scam are y鈥檃ll running here?! Buying a closet from Home24 has been the ABSOLUTE WORST experience as an online customer.

I used the app. And like before the payment didn't succeed. I never experience this problem with other sites or apps. Luckily, an e-mail with a link for payment was sent by home24. This worked and the order came through.

Good service and large type of products.

They could improve in their costumer service and support, regarding compensation and reply timelines.

All that I order arrive at my place, in perfect condition and (almost) in time, which during the current period is super understandable.

However my initial rating was poor due to ordering process experience. After writing my review at trustpilot, I was contacted by email about my order. The emails from home24 have arrived in my spam folder. Once this was cleared and looking back I am happy with the correction.

Ordered 3 items as a set for the hallway from this store on 27.3.2020. they sent out 2 things with instant bills to pay and the last one was regularly postponed untill after more than 3 months contacting support and giving me falls promises that it will arrive, got a final cancellation per mail. On my experience I am most probably never going to order anything from home24.

Excellent customer service. An outdoor set arrived with a defective part. I was given the option to return the entire set, get a 60 euro refund, or an 80 euro voucher. I took the voucher and made another purchase. Thanks very much.

Really bad experience so far. No way to get in contact with them. I called and send an email and still did not receive any replay. I wanted to stop a delivery of a package and I did not get any response. Because I do not know how to reach anyone in this company I am leaving my review here and hopefully someone can answer:

Super happy with their delivery service and the products. I ordered a sofa (Hoekbank Sola) which states that it can take 1-2 weeks to be delivered.
so I expected some delay because of the pandemic.

The good thing is they send me an update on the status of the order. And within one week, my order was delivered to my home.

The product (grey sofa) (Hoekbank Sola) , was also very nice and looks expensive.

Overall I am happy with my purchase with home24.nl.

Contacted them 3 times now about my complaint.
Complaint, because the previous time, before my complaint, I've sent 5 mails/contacts + 2 phone calls without any reaction.

I've ordered now more than 2 months ago, and it is 20 days after my complaint and you "sending" me the missing part.

This is really been the worst customer experience. I've never before encountered a company with this kind of unfriendly and unprofesional (customer)service

I ordered a pair of lamps, after four weeks of waiting and no info on the tracker. I filled the form to inquire about the order. I get a response back that my money was going to be refunded. I got in contact with the customer desk, they didn鈥檛 know the reason because I didn鈥檛 ask for a refund. Few days later I get an email stating that the order couldn鈥檛 be deliver because wrong address information. The address was set correctly and I sent a proof of google maps to confirm it wasn鈥檛 a mistake from my end. They didn鈥檛 investigate, the answer was that they couldn鈥檛 do anything else. My frustration is how big the incompetency to don鈥檛 even check the reason, which is a lie since the address was correct and plain lazy solution to get my money back. After wasting hours on their website to choose the lamps, placing the order, waiting for 4 weeks and get a plain lie as justification. It鈥檚 not Right. A solution is solve your issue and deliver what the person ordered. Also provide the real information why you couldn鈥檛 deliver, don鈥檛 lie.
