bought tile for backsplash. Figured incorrectly and was 5 sq. ft. approx short.The business I had purchased them from said item was discontinued and was of absolutely no help. "Can't get it". Timely and user friendly. Tiles were in emasculates conditioned and shipped the correct way.

When I placed my order I was told it would ship in 1-2 days. That was June 3rd and to my knowledge it hasn鈥檛 shipped yet and it is June 11th. I was also told I would receive an email when it was shipped which I have not so assuming it hasn鈥檛 shipped. I went with this company because of the quick shipping!! That hasn鈥檛 happened!

Great Experience with Sandy and Cindy- Both were very helpful- They kept up to date with Back-ordered Product, and let us know as soon as it was available- Shipping Team packed everything very nicely- Opened a few of the boxes already- doesn't appear to be any broken tiles.

Total lack of confidence. Placed an order, they sent an email it was out of stock, I called and they were going to contact supplier. A week later. Silence.

The company was great to do business with. We had to wait for our tile to be manufactured. When it finally arrived in the states, they had it shipped to us in a couple of days. I needed a few more pieces of tile. I received it the next day. Fantastic!

I wish they would have told me they were out of stock before I paid for the item I wanted. However, customer service was great and I had no problem getting refunded.
