It seems like they put a virus or problem into my computer, then I called a number and they wanted 299.99 plus 229.99 for a 3 years of all in one protection. Given my limited computer know how, I obliged. Less than a year later they wanted more money for driver protection or whatever and I told them to get lost. If you sold me all in one protection, why call and try to sell me more later on?
I now have Sophos (for free) through my employer. Bottom line, I don't trust them. $530. for a problem they likely created. It's an imposition in my view.
Update: it seems that this company dissolved before my 3 yr (from Dec. 22, 2016) deal lapsed. In reality all that I received from them is a Antimalwares Malbytes that is freely available. Installation of this is Dec.22, 2016 but it is listed as a 2006 version.
