I鈥檝e placed the order on May 22 and I still haven鈥檛 received anything yet.

VERY difficult to pay. Had to contact customer service 3 times before someone actually responded. Order weeks ago and still haven't received my order VERY disappointing.

Order these cbd pens occasionally. One didn't work this time. It is so hard to find them to reorder of the website

I ordered the KISS vape and a cartridge from VapeBrat and the shipment came in very quickly – I even got a free leash! I received the incorrect color vape so I notified VapeBrat and didn鈥檛 hear back but was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement free of charge in just a few days!! The only negative thing to say is that they don鈥檛 accept online payment but customer service and quality of product makes up for this.

Added expedited shipping to my groupon and expedited shipping isn't any faster than normal, so it was a waste of $7.95. The product arrived and is working just fine.

I bought 2 packs of Breeze atomizers with 5 in a pack. 1 pack had only 3 in it. It was obvious that the pack had been opened. How did they not see that? You need better quality control.

purchased the hive 2.0 and the pre loaded cartridges I have do not even fit in and the ones that came with do not register that they are in there so it does not work waist of money would not recommend

I purchased two items via Groupon and agreed to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received an email from Hookahtown stating I owe $4.95 but there is no way to pay it. I've attempted to contact support for 2 days straight now. Their recording states they are open for call between 10 AM – 5 PM but no one ever answers. I've also initiated a chat off hookahtown.com 2 days in a row and no one ever responds. At this point I feel I have been scammed and am trying to get my money back.

Horrible beyond disappointed they don鈥檛 give u the true value of the mystery box that you paid for few items defective I contacted them and never got a reply back !!!!
