I wish I could give them less then one star. They have the WORST customer service. I USED to spend an OBSCENE amount of money on this site. I preordered shirts from there on my last purchase, and waited.. I never received a date when the shirts would be shipped out, so I just gave it some more time. I waited for months, no update. I finally contacted customer service and asked how they might be able to help me and they were so RUDE and dismissive! They told me they "don't give refunds, let alone this far after the order". I told them since it was a pre-order , I wasn't aware of how long I should wait and was trying to give it an appropriate amount of time. I got no reply back and have not ordered from them since. Terrible way to run a business. Great way to lose a valued customer!
