Host Africa has the WORST customer service i have ever experienced!! The servers have no to very little up time. It is a constant fight with them to check there stuff and sort it out. The technicians and agents have very little knowledge about what they are doing. I don't recommend using Host Africa services for anything, rather look to international services cause this is pathetic!

Support lacks any knowledge of how to run a server they don't even know their own terms an conditions on refunds please i urg none to even consider this company for hosting. Up time on servers are terrible. Don't if think do any form of domain hosting with this company since the domain panel doesnt even work correctly.

I had the displeasure of hosting with HostAfrica and they were one of the worst companies i have ever been with. They made false claims about my products and my VPS had a horrible Up-Time and when i asked for a refund they wouldn't give me one.

Hostafrica.co.za is always reliable, well priced, and support is good, especially Skype which is online around the clock. I like this option from them very much. SSD technology makes load speed fast and they have immediate deployment. Highly recommend them to use for whose who are interested in getting quality hosting services.
