I ordered a premium iphone case

The case was advertised as a "Draco Deff Cleave" iphone case on this website.
i have purchased these phone cases before from reputable companies and they are a premium product.
what arrived after ordering from these people… was a cheap, badly made, copy of someone elses' product.
i had thought that this was illegal….
i have posted a review about this before, but it has been repeatedly removed by Trustpilot… for breaching rules… saying my review is defamatory…
if this seller sold legitimate, honest, quality products, there wouldnt be a problem.
BUT THEY DONT!!!!!
I have provided trustpilot with all the necessary proof of purchase and my review is an honest reflection of my experience with these… people….
I would point other users to reviews of Trustpilot themselves…
Alot of other users having their reviews deleted by trustpilot for simply telling their own misfortunes…

if i could give less i would.. this company sent me a knock off Chinese product that does not work i had emailed them regarding this and they said i had to pair the product (wireless headphones) i said they didn't pair nor work at all and i wanted a refund they then said they would look into it and just ignored all other emails since asking for a refund don't order anything from these people you will be sorry.

Fake products! This company is the same as tabletphonecase.com they both operate under Tak Yuet International. They sell fake and faulty products. I ordered an 'Incase' backpack and it fell apart after a few weeks. They then refused to refund me, even though they have a 6 month warranty period. I sent a number of mails which were ignored. Stay clear of this company.

If it is possible to give this company a minus 5 I would. I ordered a set of LG HBS 760 wireless headset. I received the tracking information and delivery was supposed to be 5 – 14 days. The tracking information was invalid and contacting MoonyBlue, no reply for 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I received the headset, which were some cheap Chinese rip off of LG that can be purchased for $11.00, they had charged me $79 for the LG Headset. 5 weeks have past, no reply to emails, no return address supplied. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and the bank said they are having multiple complaints about this company. Do not deal with this company, the product you order will not be sent, instead an inferior product will be sent that is worth about 10% of the price of the real product.

If i could give this company less than one star I would.

After their untrue response to my review, I have again emailed them outlining how misleading their web page has been, what carbon fiber is and I've ASKED for a refund and again I have ASKED for their address to return this product. But with this companys stand-over tactics and just blatantly ignoring customer complaints, i will happily keep writing negative reviews where ever I can!!! thats not a threat Bobby! Thats the action im taking in response to your companys poor attitude.

Splendid delivery! We ordered from Belgium. In less then 2 weeks, the package got delivered in perfect state. Every information needed, including tracking code and order confirmation contained all information needed. Would definitely recommend Moonyblue.

I am very satisfied with the way in which the order was handled. The only little problem is that the box in which the cards are, is damaged due to careless transport. It would be better to use a protective packaging layer before shipping orders like this.

I am posting this review in hopes of warning others of a website that will treat you unfairly, threaten you if necessary and sell you cheap chinese items.

I had originally ordered a galaxy s5 wireless charging cover from them (around $50).
When I recieved the product a month later and opened the package it was a copycat case of the original with a wireless stick-on chip in the back of the case (something I could have easily purchased from ebay for $1).

Imagine my disappointment when I could feel the quality of the case was fake/shiney plastic leather (easily scratched, I know because I had a friend who got the official case). Disappointed but not willing to give up I put my phone in and put it on my wireless charging pad (works with my now new s7 edge).. Nothing, I try making sure the chip is in the right place, nothing again.

I email them asking what's wrong. You can imagine my frustration as I'm sitting here trying to get my one and only phone (which runs all my work and emails from) to work after waiting a whole month for it to arrive.
They email me back very quickly with some tech support, at this point I have given up and ordered a new phone so I didn't reply for a while.

When I did I expressed to them my severe disappointment and unhappiness (which I was not rude in) they came back at me with store policy "Sorry this happened. Normally for any defects such as this we'll send a replacement or give an in store credit for the same amount if you don't want a replacement of the same product.".

Given no other option I go on their website to take a look.. And what do I see? A phone case I recognise selling for $25 that I saw on ebay for no more than $3 or $4.

It is at this point in the middle of the email back and forth (and me trying to cash in my store credit) that I decide to leave a review here. It was not a nice review and they noticed immediately and emailed me saying "You will have to delete the untruthful Trustpilot review for us to continue any further discussion with you, if not we'll just leave it at that and end communication with you."

I must state at this point that in my original review I had said that I was led to believe the case was an original one only to to find out it wasn't when I received it.

Anyway.. Under the duress of this threat of not receiving my money back or any sort of compensation I had to delete my original review. After that they refunded me in full.

If I had ordered from ebay or even Amazon I have no doubt I would have recieved a full refund. Beware of their policy on unwilling refunds and questionable 'quality' products. And any of their 'other' websites as well (smartykoo).

Note: since the writing of this review I have been threatened again. This time with legal action to take down the review. I believe it to be a scare tactic and have not heard from them since. If you are about to post a negative review please do. Stand strong if they say you are defaming them. A customer is always right! And know that any legal action is a lie because they simply don't have any other means to make you take it down.

Bobby – Customer Service was a great help. There was an issue in the supply line but Bobby sorted this and got my order out.

As my original order was not in stock (supply line issues) he helped me choose a different item (upgrade) that worked on my system.

Works just fine so his experience on this was great.

After a purchase at MoonyBlue, the product was delivered within 12 business days. Unfortunately, the delivered product was not the same product I ordered online and was heavily damaged. It was also delivered with a wrong power plug, so I wasn鈥檛 able to use it.

I contacted MoonyBlue customer support and got a response within 24 hours. After a couple of mail exchanges MoonyBlue agreed with a full refund which I received within 6 days. I鈥檓 very happy with the way MoonyBlue handled my case and was very pleased with the quick response I got every time I replied.

I would definitely go with MoonyBlue again, but would first do a little bit more investigation on the product.

I had ordered the NX5-quickcover and as promised I received the product in good order within the 10 days. I received it the 20th of june.
So I am happy with the services of Moonyblue, because they. do what the promise

Unfortunately my smartphone in the new quickcover slipped out of my hands and felt on the ground and is now broken.
It is a little bit expensive to buy a new one right away )>:

I ordered a Unicorn Beetle Pro phone case through the MoonyBlue website. They have a large selection to choose from. The item was delivered in 8 days which was in line with the standard delivery timeline stated on the webpage. Would have no reservation in recommending this company. Very happy with the product.
