Really bad customer service, they didn't help me at all with my concern about wanting to cancel! I wouldn't book anything with them!

Booked a few days on Hotel.com – wanted to cancel 1 of the nights – they said that it's against there policy. I would have had to cancel the whole stay and then re-book, hoping that the room would still be available, no assurances that it would and would have to pay going rate. When I called was told that they only have centers in Guadeloupe and Philippians – would not transfer me to anyone in the US. Had a hard time understanding them through the voice translator machine they use to sound more american. I strongly recommend that before you use there site to make sure you know what they will and will not do. I will never again use there site. It's a rip off and a very un-professional company

I actually had a great experience with HOTELCLUB.COM , I bookied a lot of rooms from them in ( malaysia, london philippenes and saudi arabia all of the moved fine,

thank you so much for the customers care they help me to cancel a non-refund room without any penalty

From Google I came across with HotelClub recently and registered it for two bookings. But I did not realize this HotelClub was so informal until now. I had two bookings: PBHCL-573-180-2974, PBHCL-318-192-9974, made on 16.Aug.2015. The hotel policy is free cancellation before 8th Oct. 2015. However, I was just informed by banking agency that HotelClub had already charged me the full amount. They issued the charges on the same booking date 16.Aug.2015 even!
I am contacting the hotel now to see if they have received the payment.
Anyhow, bad experiences with Hotelclub. And if possible, run away…

I had booked a hotel room for 4 nights, and received the confirmation email.
But 10 min later I received another email… now its my cancellation confirmation email. And the local Hotel in Europe doesn't have a clue about me there. What on earth is going on with this website??
Spent over $1k.

I booked with Hotelclub.com for a room at Harrahs Atlantic City and after waiting in line for an hour (busy time for the hotel), we were told that Hotelclub.com never sent the reservation over. We called the customer service and were on hold for over 55 minutes before we were able to check in. We never received the "breakfast credit" that our reservation said. We are very disappointed and will not use them again and we will tell everyone we know not to use them. They offered us nothing but apologies. Not acceptable to me. Don't ever book Threw them!!!! What a scam!!!! Booked hotels threw them. The hotel we booked was not what was in the pictures, there was drug dealing out of the hotel and there were no water slides which in the pictures they had water slides. I tried to cancel and they charged a fee of 87.00 to cancel per room. They would not at all compensate even when I said I would book a different hotel threw there site.i talked to the hotel and the hotel advised that they do not have a cancel fee it is the site that charges it. The lady I talked to lied to me And said it was the hotel. So now I am out 190.00 and need to find a new hotel.

Although friendly, the representative could not guarantee that my reservation would be exactly what I wanted. I called over 3 months in advance to get a 1st floor room for my disabled husband with 2 double beds for 3 adults staying in one room; neither could she guarantee, yet she said I could call the hotel a month before to find out if the double beds were available. Well what good was it if I could not have the first floor? As many times as I have used this service in the past and been very happy; this time I am very displeased.

Booking was with ease. Necessary information was made available on the site. Even offered a price discount of a few dollars for repeat customers. Made the offered price cheaper than other booking sites. Will use the services again if the prices are competitive and attractive.

We have used Hotel Club many times over several different trips. We have always found them to be professional and trustworthy. When we have had to cancel a booking, there has never been any problems with that. The bonus points you accumulate to put towards future bookings has been very helpful.

It's wonderful to belong toa rewards program that makes booking a cinch, pays me back for my Loyalty and works perfectly every time.
I love knowing that wherever I am all I need to do is click on the Hotel Club app and within minutes I'll find the accomodation I need at affordable prices.
Hotel Club are reliable, trustworthy and up-to-date.

We have made lots of bookings with Hotel Club over the years and every one of them has gone exactly as planned. I would certainly recommend and use Hotel Club for booking the best hotels at the best price and earn good reward dollars towards the next booking as an extra bonus.

Have used this site for booking rooms both in Australia and overseas for some years now and as the heading says "easy as". The prices are always competitive, discounts are great, bookings are always honoured and have even received free accommodation. I find it so easy and reasonable that now I don't even look at other sites.
Highly recommended.

recently used Hotel Club to book a hotel in Australia and in Dubai. When I had questions about my booking, it did not take long for customer support to get back at me so that I can finalize the booking. Would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend to friends.

The room is very large. Clean enough. There are all necessary. The check-in and check-out – very quickly.

Very friendly staff always willing to oblige.Very comfortable room always kept nice and clean .The complimentary breakfast offers a choice of different foods.The hotel is situated right next to the subways making it easy to get into the city.
As I was visiting my family in Brooklyn they were only two stops away on the underground.cars are available to take you to the airport which the staff organize for you.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel x

Booked accommodation in Wellington NZ in December 2014 for colleague and myself. After visit I requested a GST invoice for taxation purposes. Told to go to my account on their web site and I could run a copy off from there. When I went there I noticed that the invoice was not compliant with GST legal requirements. Went back to HotelClub, pointed the above out and requested that a GST invoice be either posted or emailed to me. Nothing. Follow up gets no response.
Got a Client Satisfaction survey by email. The email says "We're looking for your two cents. We're always looking to improve our products and services, and the best ideas come from customers like you. Please take a brief survey about your recent travel booked through HotelClub."
in March 2015 I filled it in pointing out that I was still waiting on a GST compliant invoice for our rooms and that their lack of support was unacceptable.
The reply back was astounding. I quote "Please note that GST in New Zealand is not applicable as we only pay GST in Australia. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us鈥?
Replied asking what country they were in and pointed out that GST has been in place in NZ for over a quarter of a century. Requested further assistance in the form of someone ringing me to sort the issue out. Again no response. They just rudely ignore requests and treat clients with absolute disdain. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HOTELCLUB.

When I had problem in my booking, I called the customer service and they had made an effort to help me to complete my booking. I manage to receive the invoice preety fast. I was conviced beforehand that the hotel is very near to Ben Than market but actually it was not. Even though it is a walking distance, but as a tourist, we had a hard time finding and asking. We had a hard scary moment crossing the road and passing by several shops and hotels in order to reach there. Alternately, we are glad that we are given a bigger bed without any additional charge incurred.
On the other hand, the food we requested was halal meal but to our surprise, the hotel manager was no aware of this. The breakfast is mixed for halal and non halal and we have the hard time selecting the food and telling them our expectation. The chef offered to cook vegetable rice for us but it does not taste good. We hope next time, a specified hotel with mainly halal food is recommended to us.
