Terrible service. 1. They don鈥檛 let you cancel online, so you have to phone between 9am and 5pm only on weekdays. 2. They will continue to try to take payments even if you email asking to cancel. 3. If you want to return you have to do it 鈥渨ithout opening outer shipping packaging鈥? Let me put that into perspective, if they sent you the wrong lenses – and you open the SHIPPING packaging and notice, you鈥檝e voided this, thus = no returns for you. 4. If you do need to return they won鈥檛 give you their shipping address straight, you have to email and get a shipping label after providing order id, address etc then you have to print. Oh and 5, if you do manage to get the label printed, the package has to be sent to the Netherlands. All this process within 16 days. This is a sham company that puts EVERYTHING in line so you can't cancel or return your items. Shop with a company like visiondirect – much easier, quicker (next day) and extremely reliable. Terrible.
