Drone works as they say, but working with their customer support is a nightmare! an order i placed was shipped 2 weeks late (i had to email them for updates for a week) and it shipped missing items. it took over a month to get any kind of resolution.
these guys are mess, the DO NOT Communicate or even apologize once for their error. i'll NEVER buy from them again.

My new Zino 2 fell from the sky after 11 min on its very first flight, I am experienced drone pilot, failure with the new drone. Hubsan refused to accept it was a drone issue. I had to after 3 months and 41 emails and I paid another 拢150 to get it back after sending to China. Appalling and discourteous customer service who are lying at every corner

Good company. Good drones for the price. But a bad service, slow or not even replying. They got some problems but what do you expect from a budget drone?

I have had a zino and a zino pro.thought the zino pro would be better and have less problems.how wrong I was.ive tried every update possible but it still has terrible range and toilet bowling.its actually dangerous to fly so it鈥檚 not used at the moment.its just too scary to fly and with the added battery problem which everyone knows about .(apart from hubsan) you never know if it鈥檚 coming back.

This Chinese company produces hobby drones. I have one of their products called Hubsan Zino Pro and recently had no choice to upgrade firmware for the drone because the app on my phone required to carry on using the drone. As many have experienced this firmware upgrade made the drone unstable and unresponsive. In fact it made the drone unsafe to use. I have seen many accounts of these problem posted by many owners yet Hubsan remain in denial. I regretfully advise any possible Hubsan customers to do your research on this company before parting with your money. Start by reading the reviews here on trustpilot and on other review websites. It鈥檚 my opinion give this company a miss if you are looking to buy a hobby drone. I regret giving these kind of reviews because I really wanted to like their products but they鈥檙e not worth the risk.

We have saved up for to get our son a drone and purchased one it as been faulty from the start my son who is very poorly every day is pressure wanted one so we got it and had nothing but dissapontment we contacted the manufacturer who wasn't happy very unprofessional and ignorant be aware of this site and the drones being faulty waist of money were having to seek legal advice & legal action against the company.

Horrible, I had the new zino for less then a week when it fell out the sky in under 6 min. It gave a low battery warning and auto return home then fell out the sky shortly after. When looking at the flight log you can see it came home then just started flying away then fell out the sky. Brand new and they will not respond!!! Terrible people.

Made a order for some replacement item for my hubsan zino..

I have now been waiting 5 weeks with no goods, no tracker number nothing,

I have emailed the company and NO replys. I have tried chat NO Reply.

I have opended a paypal dispute and No reply there,

I have used this company before for ordering goods and usually there spot on,

Ive now heard a rumour from a friend of friend who lives in and worked for hubsan saying they gone belly up after the failure of the zino 2.

How true that is i dont know but glad i opened a paypal dispute to try and get my money back

I bought the 501 advance,they had the advance remote in my order photo. They sent me the standard remote, that's false advertisement. The drone is faulty, buyer beware. Remember,hubsan is a Chinese company they are very shady. There customer service is non existence, check out the negative reviews there not lying. NEVER AGAIN !!!

They wont respond to your emails they should be banned from selling in the U.S. THE HUBSAN H501 S IS NO GOOD I HAVE ONE !! TO SPEND $200 ON A DRONE AND HAVE IT GO BAD IS NOT GOOD AND THE COMPANY'S THAT ARE SELLING THEM SHOULD STOP !!
AMAZON ! GEAR BEST ! AND OTHERS WILL BE HEARING FROM ME BBB CAN'T DO ANYTHING THEY ARE A CHINESE CO.

Opened an account with Hubsan several days ago. Sent them several emails asking "I would like to purchase a Zino Pro. Can you please tell me when you will have them in stock"? I logged on to their chat option and asked same question for several days now. Even though the chat option states, "We typically reply in a few hours or minutes," they have never responded to any of my questions. No response! Just asked the same question again today – nothing! It is like their web site is a dummy site or something. They refuse to respond to any questions whatsoever. Why would a legitimate company treat customers so rudely? Why would anyone trust a company that refuses to respond to simple customer requests?

If they won't respond to simple questions, how can anyone trust that they will even send you a product or give you any service, once they get your money?

Very disappointing company. Is Hubson.com a real thing? Doesn't look like it!

I sent an email asking for support about my drone. It's been a month now, and I haven't received any response yet. I got in touch again, asking for a reply 鈥?still nothing. I do not think that it is a fair approach to have time to promote your products and advocate that you are committed to providing customer satisfaction, yet you do not have time for giving answers, supporting the people who gave their money to you. A brand is not about the product exclusively. It is also about the company. And the company's worth is shown by how it treats its customers. I do not think a company that allows you to wait for months to get a response appreciates anything but the money of its customers.

I truly hope that this changes in the future. Then, I will come back and modify my review. Until then, I feel I gave my money to a company that clearly expresses that it is only the money of the people that it cares about. You may pay much more for better-known brands, but my piece of advice is that have a look at the whole picture, that is, how a company treats its customers. The level and quality of customer care is the real value of a company's products.

On its virgin flight it lost signal and crashed, I found it a few days later a field away. Luckily it still worked so on it鈥檚 second flight I took it took a huge open field, it was not easy to control, it crashed on the floor and broke. That was the end of my x4 air HS015 hubsan drone.

I purchased hubsan zino 6 times flight, now i got a problem i couldnt find wifi signal from the drone that usually apear on the wifi list on my android. With this condition i cant connect the drone with my controller/android.
Anyone can help me?

Hi I resantly bought a hubsan h501s drone from ebay took it out about 6 times and if worked fine was very impressed but on the last acasion I took it out I did all same things as I nomerly did started it up took it up about 10 meeters whe all of a sudden it just took of to the right and that was the last I so of it Evan though I applied the return to home switch nothing happened I did manage to pinpoint where it had came down but ther was only a few broken pieces on the ground so now I'm just left with a transmitter .

My Hubsan Zino H117S drone fell from the sky on the third flight. I saw the lights go out in mid-flight and the Zino falling. I did a search for 3 days and I did not succeed in finding it. Hubsan does not care about that. They replied to my email saying "Sorry, not mean to suspect what you mentioned in your email, just a little weird sounds." I spent my money, flew 3 times and lost my money. If you buy something from Hubsan keep in mind that there is no guarantee.锘?

To put it in the simplest way possible hudson.com is selling a drone that is a h501s in the h501ss that do not even take off that have more problems that can be solved they suggest to flash new firmware and updates on a drone that you take straight out-of-the-box shouldn't they take care of that before you purchase it I don't think you should have to purchase a drone and immediately have to plug it into a computer and fix firmware problems they should sell them straight out of the box ready to fly that's what you're paying for a plane to fly not a plane to try and fix problems with and have nothing but problems with. For instance DJI is another company that I purchased a drone from charge the batteries and it did everything that it explained in the description versus open a hubsan drone turning on the batteries and the motors do not even arm I got one of the motors to arm and then it wouldn't take off I just think this is a scam and they should not be making money off something that doesn't work as explained as described on their website then they don't even offer a refund.I'm more than frustrated I'm very pissed at this point that I've spent this money on a money or nothing but a paperweight I've exhausted all options on these drones to the point then I'm here telling you to warn other people not to make the same mistake on buying a drone that describes that it flies but it takes video GPS hold altitude hold when in fact it does nothing and this is three drones that have bought both models and nothing none of them fly none of them will come off the ground also like I said I've exhausted all firmware upgrades and all the other things that were suggested by other people that have bought them that have had the same problem with very small amount of effort I found that I'm not the only one in fact there is a YouTube video that says hubsan sells junk they manufacture their drones with very cheap parts at very low cost sell them very expensive and they don't even fly I don't think it is fair that there are able to continue to do this and I hope that you are able to do something about it they guarantee their drones fly when in fact they don't to me that's a straight up lie being deceptive online just to make money they don't care if you're returning customer because people keep buying that first one that's screwed up and won't fly and as long as they're online and able to advertise their junk they'll keep getting that first customer and last customer that's what makes their money and I don't think it's fair please help

One would think a company such as Hubsan would stand behind their products. I purchased the 501S from Lightinthebox.com. Screen FPV is defective, sometimes displays, mostly NOT. I emailed Tech Support ANNE LU and received a very condescending reply stating even APPLE repairs /troubleshoots before replacement. I DON"T CARE WHAT APPLE DOES !!!!! I DO CARE WHAT HUBSAN does about my $200 piece of JUNK….Hubsan obviously doesn't give a rip about Customer Service .. Save your money and buy a better product.

I purchased a Hubsan quadcopter from a retailer (not Hubsan) witch was defective. After some weeks of mailing paypal finally returned my money. The problem was that I still had a defective drone, so I mailed to hubsan support. The company replied instantly and found out what was the problem. Without asking anything more they sent me the part I needed to fix it. I received the part and repaired my quadcopter whitch now works perfectly. I have to mention that I didn't pay anything at all! Great professionalism and support.. Welldone Hubsan team!!

I recently ordered a Hubsan drone for 191鈧? On the first day, several functions do not work. The Return to Home mode, the Follow me mode and the Failsafe mode have all not worked. On the second day I wanted to let the drone fly again. After a short time, the Drone has not reacted to the remote control, has made itself independent, has risen and then simply flown away I then wrote to Hubsan. As a reason for the fly away and for the non-working functions W-Lan signals are to be responsible. Hubsan assumes no responsibility and does not want to reimburse. I wonder how Hubsan imagines this in 2017. W-LAN signals are everywhere in Germany. SO THE DRONE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GERMANY. After a long discussion they wanted to send me a new Drone for $165 without carton and accessories. I declined. Another $165 for a drone that flies away again? No thanks. I am now waiting 19 days but fearing that I will receive no compensation. That's why I put this rating in the hope that not even more people buy these bad products from Hubsan. I spent over 250鈧?and had less than 30 minutes of fun with the Drone. If you want to buy a Drone should not buy Hubsan. You better make paperplanes out of money and throw them from a bridge. They fly longer. I lost 250鈧?because of the bad products of Hubsan. I have not received a refund or a new device. Hubsan admits that their drones are very easy to influence but refuses to make a compensation. Companies like this should be banned selling something! I have the Drone as used in the instructions and it is nowhere in the instructions that W-Lan signals disturb the connection. If you want a drone that can fly away at any time and a bad support that makes you angry? Then choose Hubsan
