I got this nice dark duffle bag from them for camping and hiking and picnics. Works well and seems durable even after using it a lot. It was a bit pricey but if it lasts a few more years of heavy use I'd say it's worth it. I'll try them again.

Had emailed asking about loose threads on my Outdoor Slipper Boots ( high-top wool felt sippers). Huckberry sent me a new pair, completely beyond my expectations. Made a donation in Thea ou today new pair to my local food bank in honor of their comment to their customers!

Unfortunately did not read any reviews before ordering, ordered almost a month ago and my order was marked as shipped except the tracking info only shows a label was printed, tried contacting customer support and they turned off their phones and have not answered any support emails.

This company's "customer service" department does not answer their phone. Their outgoing message says they are currently "communicating by email," but they don't answer emails either. I received a defective item from Huckberry 鈥?priced at $395 plus tax 鈥?and I have not been able to speak with anyone about it. They accept returns at no charge, however in the middle of a pandemic surge (and local lockdown) I am not feeling good about having to go into a store to take care of this. It's their mistake, not mine. I won't be buying from Huckberry again.

Got their waffles towels after reading amazing reviews in the New York Times.

They were not that great honestly. Very thin and still were wet the next day. They have a policy that you can try them for 60 days, no risk. However, when I tried to return them they said I have to pay for return shipping. That is very misleading.

For $100 towels – Yes $100 I expect more. I guess I am the sucker for spending $100 on towels!

Randall emailed me to say he "couldn't verify my details" and asked me to call my bank for some 4 digit code. I offered to verify the CC I used and a photo ID, he just emailed back saying that because they couldn't verify my details they were cancelling my order and refunding me. This is a scam company. I'm having my bank do a charge back and investigating them for fraud.

This company has a nice website and a mediocre product quality control and a horrible customer service. I bought pants from them at the same size and one pant actual size is different from another. Their customer service phone number has nobody to pick up and their email customer service takes days to answer any email. They give all the excuses in the world for their products and you can NOT write any reviews of items you bought. "Our system will send you links to offer reviews within the next few weeks." (that's their rep answer).

I was really excited to order two great looking shirts for my boyfriend from Huckberry. I read online that they have 1-2 day shipping. A week later I still haven鈥檛 even received a confirmation email for my order but I鈥檝e been charged for the two shirts…. I can鈥檛 receive help from customer assistance with out an order number and now I鈥檓 just left wondering if I鈥檝e been scammed and I鈥檓 just out $150.

I bought a "final sale" $100+ item from Huckberry that was quite obviously broken and defective. They requested that I send them photos and video, which I did, after which they told me that sorry, it was a final sale and I can't return it. The item had clearly been repackaged and sold to me. I plan to escalate this to my states attorney general, the CA consumer protection office and do a chargeback. This practice of denying a refund for a defective item violates CA civil consumer protection law Civil Code 1791.1

My experience with Huckberry has been fantastic, I ordered a Flint & Tinder truckers jacket and Rhodes boots. Not only was it super fast delivery (12 days to Australia), i was also super impressed with the quality of the merchandise. Love this purchase, I shall be back!!!

At the end of February I made an order consisting of 3 items. Weeks later, 2 of the items arrived. Like many multi-item online orders, I assumed that only part of the order had shipped. After waiting and waiting, I reached out to the company and they replied that there was no recourse and that I had waited too long to report the missing items. I will never shop with them again and I urge you to shop with extreme caution if you dare.

Scam website for your information and false price advertising!!! Huckleberry.com are just lowering price for items and make them out of stock and won鈥檛 honor the price. They are just collecting your information by notify us button subscription for marketing purposes.
Correy from customer service also was completely unhelpful to resolve the problem.
I definitely won鈥檛 be using them to make my purchase.

I mistakenly wrote a review for Huckberry that was intended for another company.

During this crises I'm focusing on supporting local stores and being selective in the process. I've ordered 2 items. The first time I ordered the item was shipped quickly, and other than being a tad too big, was excellent quality with a great fit. It was exactly what I wanted, and described accurate on the website.

I ordered a second item today after eyeing it for awhile and noticed a price drop. It shipped within 2 hours of ordering.

It's been an excellent experience and I will continue to order clothing and other items from them. It's a good feeling to know I can order from them and know it will be excellent quality. They are also responsive about sizing questions so that is helpful as well.

This shop has super fast, friendly, and very efficient communication !
Fast, quality shipping every time I ordered.
I had an issue with boots that were too large, I was able to send them back from a foreign country ( Paypal paid the shipping cost, it's normal from abroad ). It took weeks, and they waited patiently. I was refunded by Huckberry the same day they received the package.
Some customers do not understand you cannot return a pair of shoe you have been wearing…
Seriously ???

Great team, keep up the good spirit.

I made the mistake of trying to order a bag from Huckberry. On the day my bag was schedule to arrive, the shipment was cancelled and returned to sender.

I reached out to their customer service(abuse?) team for info. Apparently, their faulty system had flagged my purchase as fraudulent. Huckberry never messaged me to let me know my order had been cancelled.

The customer service rep was proudly unapologetic and told me to take my business elsewhere. Roger that! I'd avoid Huckberry unless you are masochistic and get off on this sort of thing.

This was my third purchase from Huckberry and probably my last unfortunately. I decided to take advantage of a sale and purchased a pair of boots. Now granted, as a veteran I鈥檝e been wearing boots for most of the 25 years of my working life and know a thing or two about breaking a pair of boots in. Found these boots online, note on the website said to order a half size down as they run big. I鈥檓 a very standard 10.5 regular. On only a handful of occasion have I had to order an 11 and I have never had to size down, but reluctantly I took the advice and ordered the half size down. I live in Canada, waited the several weeks for shipping, excited to have another pair of boots to wear to work and when they arrive they are too small, mostly too narrow. I needed to be sure and I wore them for a day since shipping back to the USA is significantly more expensive. Unfortunately, after a day of squished toes and blisters on my heals I knew these weren鈥檛 the boots for me. Had I ordered my regular size I鈥檓 sure they would have been great. So, I contacted customer service.. as a more premium store, I guess I expected premium service, I was told I can鈥檛 return them and they offered me 20% another pair of boots. Was I going to spent another bunch of money and several weeks to find they don鈥檛 fit? No.. I asked for the matter to be escalated and it was. The response this time was, sorry not sorry.. wear them to stretch them or take them to a cobbler. Thanks for nothing $200 CAD wasted. Signed, an ex supporter of your store.

Obviously a customer returned and the package wasn't checked.
They were very professional and offered a refund..
I genuinely think they were sorry
I must give them credit , the problem was fixed immediately.
I think I'm bricks and mortar from now on

I have made a few orders from Huckberry in the past with no problem, but this last order I made had an item missing out of it, a $70 pair of pants. I don鈥檛 have a lot of time to deal with issues like this and depend on the items I order to come in. Tried calling, but was never able to reach anyone. Hopefully I can get this resolved.

Update: this was a bad order, let me leave it at that. Huckberry was very helpful in resolving this. Mistakes happen. Since this order, I have been able to successfully place and receive an order.

Made my first purchase on Huckberry, two jackets.
Need to return both (one size issue, the other not what I expected)
Went to their site to return and it cannot identify the order number/zip code combination I am reading right off the packing slip.
Now I have to wait until Monday for them to open again.
Not optimal.

This company is a joke. I ordered redwing boots and they sent me over some cloth Sperry looking shoes not the right brand not the right size not even close to the right style. I called and they said oh well we don鈥檛 know where your shoes are so sorry like you seriously can鈥檛 figure out where you sent my shoes?

Huckberry is an amazing company. I absolutely love the products as well as the customer service team. After ordering a very delicate set of glasses for a Christmas gift, I discovered that (despite the very thoughtful packaging for safety) one glass still managed to have a small crack, making it unsafe to drink out of. I called the customer service support line, gave my order number, and they sent a new set to replace the cracked glass. My husband is so happy to have the replacement for his set, he loves his glasses. The customer support representative was extremely kind and efficient. I will be purchasing from this company in the future and I will highly recommend them to others.
