All seemed well. Fitted new boiler as planned and switched old Aga for new cooker. Fuss-free. Said they'd finished. Invoiced. We stupidly paid. Then found half the bedroom radiators no longer working (were fine before). This is common they said when move to pressured system. Didn't warn us, didn't check. Now they have almost 拢5000 of our money and they won't come out to fix. Kept promising then didn't come. Now say only doing emergencies because of COVID. Lousy aftercare and dishonest. Avoid.
