I am a new puppy owner and also new to Berlin. I was in need of a Vet and found a great one through Hug a Pet.
I downloaded the App, made an appointment and within 10 min. someone called me to confirm my appointment. We talked about Willows needs in order to prepare for the visit.
I was so suprised how quickly, they responded.
The vet came to our house, after hours, which is perfect if you work full time.
This was Willow's first vet experience, so it was important to us, that it would be as calming and pleasant as possible.
Which it was!!! The vet took over an hour to get to know Willow, talk with us about vaccinations, flea medication, training and further questions and concerns we had as a new Puppy owners.
It created a very personal atmosphere.
I will book Hug a Pet again for the next appointment and also use the App for further appointments, like Dog Groomers.
