The website is very user-friendly as it is clear and comprehensible. It is easy to contact landlords and/or request a viewing. Most importantly, the offering is large and diverse including cheaper options. Another plus, customer service is very friendly and helpful. I can certainly recommend the platform and the premium account!

NOT RECOMMENDED, BAD SERVICE!

I join premium one month membership, and tried to respond on every housing they provide. and I cancelled my membership due to lack of respond, and the info they provide seem copy paste from another housing website company!

They sent me the reminder about my renewal membership on 29 April, and I cancelled it directly on the same day. But they kept charged me for 19,95 Euro.

I sent them a complaint email regarding this issue, but the customer service replied unprofessionally! They said that they sent me 3 days in advance about the "renewal alert email" but the fact .. I NEVER Received that email.

They replied that I have lack knowledge about Dutch language, so I missed the info, and they also reply me with "FINAL ANSWER" that really did not give any solution for me. They only want my MONEY!

and then I said OKAY no problem I will pay! but of course I wrote a review as unsatisfied customer! then they try to email me again, as "negotiation email" because I wrote a review!

They respond my review and asking what is my email address! For sure they know my email address! Don't make another drama!
I am really upset about their service! unfriendly Customer service!

20 Euro is nothing! but your customer satisfaction is beyond the monthly membership charge!

Hope this give them a good lesson!
