Icecream Apps

The full version of the software is only slightly less limited than the free version, quality output is essentially the same and the company refuses refunds if they are requested.

The problem was: I purchased PDFCandy Desktop PRO, but the computer I installed was broken. I downloaded the free version from the internet and entered the activation number in the email I received when I purchased it, but I could not activate it. I emailed the company where I purchased it, but finally I emailed it to icecreamapps via HP, and it was quick to respond and I was able to solve the problem.

We've been using IceCream Screen Recorder Pro to record internal documentation to help onboard new team members and it's a great product. It's very easy to use and good quality screen recording with lots of useful features.

I also needed to contact support recently since I lost my licence key and they responded very quickly and resolved the issue.

Highly recommended.

I am using the Icecream slideshow app. This is just a wonderful app to use. I am using the Pro version and I love it. So easy to create slide great looking slideshow for my photo's.
Also the the support has been great. I have been using this app for about 2 years now and I have had to reset my pc's more than once. On those time that I have had to reset my pc's I just send an email to support and withing a few hours I have a reply and they have reset my Pro Key. Can't say enough out their Tech support….it's just Wonderful. More companies should take a look at the way they do Tech Support and learn from these guys. Thank you for your programs and your Great Support.

I use the app now since one year and impresses everybody with the possibilities and the results. Perfect tool.
Last week my Pc crashed and I wanted to install the pro version on my laptop. Of course the key needed a reset. One short mail to THe icecream guys and overnight solved. Also very satisfied on the support. Thanks guys,

I love this app! Easy functionality coupled with super support, what's not to like… been using screen recorder for four years and the team supporting it are super helpful with fast response. Fully deserve my top recommendation in every area.

I love the Icecream App; I use it to make instructional videos for my clients. The application is very intuitive to use and its flexibility with the settings. I have to give kudos to the Icecream support team, I had issues with my computer drives, and I had to reinstall the program quite a few times. The program stops taking my key, so I immediately email the support team, I got a reply within one day. I was informed that I could only install the program in two or three computers ( I can remember exactly how many times). I explained that I was having issues with my hard drive, so I had to do a clean install on my computer. The good people at the IceCream team promptly reset my key so I could start using the program again. Kudos to team.

I am using pdf candy, 谋t is a really good program. I broke my PC so I carried the program to another PC. I took good support when I was loading the programme again. Tank you for the after sale support. Best regards.

The program is very good, the best I've ever used: easy, practical, intuitive interface.

And the support service is fantastic! I thought that I will spend days until they solve my problem, but I was wrong! Within hours my problem was solved!

I needed help after changing my computer hardware and technical support quickly resolved the problem.

I am using IceCream screen recorder for 3 years now a I love it. I use it every day at my work and I just cant live without it. We have a lot of new staff coming to work and they have a problem learning our internal program functions (there are a milion functions). When I get a question on "how to" I just make a screen record and send them the file. It is much quicker this way then writing them down the process and pasting the pictures with pointers where to press.

For a very low price you get two licences. I use one at work and one at home, an I just upgraded my computer with a fresh windows 10 an the serial did not work, but when I wrote to their support the immediate fixed the problem and now I can use it again in on my new computer.
