iLoveKickboxing in Medford, MA is fantastic! The workouts here will get you moving. One hour here will burn off all your stress and extra pounds. The staff are motivating and fun. Stop in and try a class, you will not be disappointed.

ILKB-Medford has such a welcoming, friendly staff that is always helpful during class. The studio is clean and the atmosphere is great – definitely a judgment free feeling in this place! I am beyond glad I decided to join and look forward to every class. If you want something that will keep you motivated and accountable come to ILKB-Medford and give it all you got.

The studio at ILKB Medford is, in a word, AWESOME. Not only are the classes fun and as challenging as you are ready for, the place truly feels like a community from the day you walk in. My primary attraction was the 5:30 am classes Monday through Friday, which works beautifully for my schedule. I am done with my workout before I take the kids to school and get to work! Talk about a sense of accomplishment! The second thing I noticed was how attentive the staff are. Every instructor I have had knows my name when I walk in, and often remembers if I had asked questions about something specific, like form or stretching. That personal follow-up really makes the difference. Their online presence also is a huge draw for me, as it keeps me motivated to check in and see what others are doing. I am really happy I found this place I am on my way to being the healthiest I have been since having my first child 16 years ago!
