A person pretending to be a friend of mine named Howard Williams contacted me about government grants wanting me to send money to get money. This is not my friend Howard Williams and I reported them to the FBI. Today I got another text from 539-777-0054 which is what they used before pretending to be Howard Williams. The message says hi Betty how are you? I have not answered because I know this is a scam. They made my phone act weird before so I reset it and now here they are again. I blocked their number before and again today, but I don't know how to get rid of them! They wanted money sent to: Gloria Joyce Goldston, San Bernardino, CA. 92404
