Every order I have placed has been messed up and has caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress! I find it outrageous that you can take money from our CC BEFORE the order is even properly processed, that you do NOT REFUND US WHEN YOU OVERCHARGE BUT GIVE US A CREDIT!!! WE SINCERELY ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS!!!!
PUT THE OVERCHARGED AMOUNT BACK ONTO OUR CREDIT CARD!!!

Customer Service Manager, replied immediately to my review and took care of all of my issues and I am very pleased to see that their comments on how they take customer request, complaints and any issues seriously and strive to make things right!
I will continue to do business with them and I am confident that we can have a good working relationship with them!
