Bought a pair of Turtle Beach X41's for 拢47.99, paid through AlertPay, got order confirmations, got a Royal Mail track and trace number.
Then an email to say they couldn't fulfill the order, all emails were responded to saying "closed until further notice" and then the site was taken offline.
If it had have been anything really expensive I wouldn't have taken the risk, but at least I was covered with Alert Pay so I'll get my 拢拢 back.
Very poor, got the impression that they'd under-priced things my mistake, realised too late after dozens of orders had come in and then had to back-pedal out of dealing with the flack when they couldn't delivery.
Is Imtrade legit or scam? Can I trust Imtrade?
