This is the first time I used a service like this and it will certainly be the last. They promised me everything to get my money and when I paid them, I received nothing. They sent me an invoice, insisting I pay them even though they knew they couldn't carry out the job. They used every excuse under the sun and blamed the collection point for not being assessable, even though heavy trucks use the access point frequently. They even prevented me from getting someone else, by telling me they would send two vehicles the following week. Everything about this company was wrong from the start and I should have trusted my instinct. I now have to take this so called company and the man behind it Andrew Swain to court to get my money back. I was put onto this company by delivery quote compare.com who themselves should have vetted this company.
Andrew Swain has also got his finger in a number of other pies, including liveandownthedream.com, spanishrepos.com, homeless.zaffo.com, and your-currencyexchange.co.uk/
This company may reply with a long list of grey and moulded excuses, however, I do hope the reader will trust in their instinct and do their research.
