I've used Inacomp a couple of times for service on my laptop. They're competitively priced, they're knowledgeable and competent (and this is coming from an IT veteran), and they're honest. And also fast, as in same day often. Contrast that with having to go to Geek Squad, waiting weeks for your machine to get back to you, and also to have it reviewed by just a first-tier technician (read: jr experienced). I don't bother going to anyone else in this town.
