Attended for a Christmas work dinner, was advised of a price which would include service charge, that鈥檚 was wrong so was over charge on set menu price ( not sure how that happens it鈥檚 a set menu). I was then charged 拢70 twice. When I called the next morning, I was told they were unable to help me and I would have to call central reservations, despite being offered a refund the day before when I was over charged. by mistake.

Attitude of some staff on the night very unhelpful and uncaring and this was also the case the following day. The manager put the phone down on me when I asked for her name, in order to explain who advised me to reservations. When I called back for 20mins no one would pick up the phone.

Food was ok, wine was like vinegar and I was put on a table which was too small for our party. Very disappointed.

I have been to a few Inamo restaurant but the service is amazing, Michele is the most fantastic host and her team is fabulous, nothing was to much and they were all very attentive, even though our meal was a time out offer. Definitely a must.
