Ordered gifts for Christmas in October. After 10+ emails and a lost package, a reship was promised a week before Christmas, but never happened, and only after asking about this again, it turned out that they hadn鈥檛 in fact reshipped anything, or even received the lost shipment back. Very, very unfortunate.
Accidents happen. But honestly; Even giving them a benefit of the doubt, the whole experience was not optimal to say the least, and the communication did not reflect what was actually happening.
Even if I just would have had bad luck – it happens – the fact that they, despite saying they would, never reshipped this, combined with the poor communication, long response times and no proactive action to get the package to the customer, this lead to a lot of last minute trouble and a disappointment. I leave this here out of love for the team to do better next time – their undoubtedly great products deserve it. Sadly, after over 2 months of waiting and asking how to actually track or receive the package, I never had the chance to find out.
Refund requested – but that鈥檚 hardly any good at this point since Christmas is 2 days away and the products were never reshipped…
