I ordered boots from Them in August , tracking said I had received them got in touch with customer service said they had wrong tracking number for me and will forward new tracking number as they resend my parcel have sent them nine emails since then it is now end of October.always tell me they are sorry and to have a nice day.asked them to refund my money now they don鈥檛 answer. A lesson learned by me wont be making the same mistake twice. Daphne

Hmmm, bogus tracking numbers and no product two weeks after it was, allegedly, shipped!

Fortunately, my credit card company should reimburse me, but my 89year old mother鈥檚 going to be seriously disappointed when I give her the bad news….

Ordered ladies boots on 28th August tracking say they were delivered but not to me the post office say they were delivered to a different post code

not mine, contacted the help line and they admitted that it was there mistake and were sending out a second order, still waiting for them their emails keep telling me to be patient or no worries they are trying to contact the carrier. First looked at the advert on Facebook then went to the website to order so all I can say is BEWARE DON'T BUY

ordered some ladies boots through shopify and incolorkey in good faith.
They say they were delivered, but yodel say something was delivered to a completely different address, not able to tell me where.
They have taken my money and it is impossible to get a reply from their contact centre……scam!!
