Although the original website. indeed.com is a very effective employment search engine and I highly recommend it, in Colombia they allow Companies (especially multi-nationals) to blatantly discriminate and violate National Equal Opportunity laws. They ignore inquiries and basically don麓t care. I feel the main site www.indeed.com should explain their position on this. Proof? Do a search with "edad" or "a帽os" and other terms too long to list see what you find. 49000 links of companies openly recruiting employees based on their gender, age, marital status etc. A non.discriminatory clause should be made available and enforced. Employment discrimination is a law which is punishable by jail time here in Colombia.
