I purchased two specialist dementia LCD digital clocks for my Dad, who has Parkinson's and dementia, just prior to lockdown. Due to his chronic double vision he was unable to see the display so couldn't make effective use of them (to help try and get his body clock corrected) and his rapidly deterioriating hearing meant he struggled to hear them too. We tried for a couple of months but when no progess being made I contact ILS to ask if they would take them back and refund us – and they agreed. They obviously didn't have to – but I am so grateful that they did. Can't thank them enough. This is what real customer service is about.
