The searches they performed said that there are no planned speed humps or pedestrian crossings to be built outside the property we were purchasing, armed with this information we exchanged and completed on the property.
However on the day we moved in a speed hump, traffic lights and pedestrian crossing were getting built less than 6 foot from our property. We contacted Index who wouldn't give us a straight answer, then they told us to wait 20 working days (nothing happened after this) and blamed the local council.
It's now 2 months since we completed and we're still in dark.
