Simple.
I returned the van. In acceptable (according to their report) condition. Even had a surprise inspection 3 days before I returned it however after receiving the report they invoiced me for 拢1000 worth of damages.
The vehicle has a scratch on the front wing which was slightly indented. Max damage was 拢200. They won鈥檛 allow me to get a quote from an alternative body repair shop.
As they work with logistic companies they have you bent over to be able to manipulate you for money and there isn鈥檛 much you can do. There are dozens of more reputable companies than these guys.
It鈥檚 pretty much a scam how they extract money from customers.
Be vary wary.
