Hi,I hope this email gets to the right manager…

On January 20, this last Wednesday, we brought a Truck in to get inspected because聽we were looking at buying it.聽 We are not mechanics and we don't know much about vehicles.聽 We got to your shop late that night right before you close.聽 I went to the Service window to drop off the keys and I met Jared.聽 I gave him all my info and then my wife showed up and she came to the service window and joined the conversation.聽 We told Jared our story of what our purpose was in buying the truck and we told him how聽uneducated we were about determining if we should buy this truck or not.聽聽

Our conversation went past closing hours and I kept waiting for Jared to look at the clock and end the conversation and send us on our way.聽 Jared kept answering our questions and sharing his experience with us.聽 I pointed to the truck we had brought in and it was in the shop and I asked him a question about it so he took us out to the shop to look at it together.聽 Everyone else had left or was leaving for the day.聽聽
I was impressed that Jared was still helping us.聽 I am a business owner and I have 10 employees and I wish my team could take care of our clients like Jared took care of us.聽 Because of Jared, he opened our eyes to see what was wrong with the truck and he directly influenced us to not purchase that truck.聽 He showed us what to look at and why.聽 That was super helpful and what he showed us we would've never known to do that.聽 It was the answer we were looking for.聽 He saved us a big headache and a lot of time and money with problems we would have had with that truck.聽 As my wife and I drove away we kept expressing how much we were grateful to have met Jared and got the insight that he had for us on that truck.聽聽

We took that truck back to the dealership and walked away from it.聽 We had a great peace come over us that we made the right decision.聽 Thank you Jared for taking the time to help us out and to talk some sense into us.聽 We listened to you with all ears.聽 It is not every day that you meet someone like Jared that is a real person and knows his stuff.聽 Super cool.聽 Still today, my wife and I are still referring back to how well we were taken care of.聽 Thanks Jared!聽聽
