Very slow shipping even after paying for fast shipping. Waited 2 business days to email them about an update on product, finally emailed me back that day saying they had just now shipped it. Took another 3 days to get product. Very small product at that nothing huge or heavy to take so long. Never did get tracking info even after asking for it that same day and was ignored the next day after emailing them for the tracking info. Indiana to ohio doesn't take that long for shipping to begin with but they took there time on shipping product.
