Basically, they are reselling items from another well-known online retailer at a huge markup. Fair enough, for that you'd expect some level of customer service, but there isn't any.
Ordered my regular size but the item was far too small. Tried to exchange it but they wouldn't have it, didn't want to know.
Items seem to be produced for the East Asian market and sizes are at least one smaller than the US/European average. This isn't stated on the website and the size chart page is blank.
If you like what you see on the website, look elsewhere and save half the price, plus the option of returning your order.
