So this Nissan / Infiniti finance is in the business of destroying customer's credit history more than lending money and carrying about consumer loyalty to the brand they represent! I've been fighting with them, asking to remove 30 days late notice on my credit report when in reality, my check did not get to them on time due to holidays and my online banking was few days past due.

No attempt to resolve it with me by a phone call or email and they went straight to the credit bureaus and reported me being late 30 days, when in reality it was just few days.

BECAUSE OF THIS CRAP – I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER INFINITI OR NISSAN IN MY LIFE AND THIS WAS MY 4TH PURCHASE OF NEW INFINITI !!!! THIS IS HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN BRAND!!!!!!!

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INSULTING TO CUSTOMERS, REP TOLD ME TO NOT COMANDING HIM TO GET ME A SUPERVISOR, HE REFUESED TO CONNECT ME TO THE MANAGER SAYING THERE NOBODY HERE RIGHT NOW!!!! WWF????

ON TOP OF THAT MY LEASE IS SET TO EXPIRE IN MAY of 2021 AND I ALREADY PRE PAID $9K FOR IT SO I DON'T HAVE TO EVER HEAR ABOUT THIS CRAP AGAIN!!!!

We researched their account concerns and respond as follows:

IFS received a lease agreement signed by **** (Lessee) and ***** (Co-Lessee) on February 24, 2018, for 39 payments of $1,120.94 due on the 26th of each month. The signed contract is a representation that ***** read, understood, and agreed to abide by the contract terms.

On January 2, 2019, IFS received a $1,120.95 payment, which paid the December 26, 2018 payment, and created a $.01 credit on the account.

$.01 – LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL (that's the lender for a luxury brand)….

On February 20, 2019, IFS received a $1,000.00 payment, which was applied to the January 26, 2019 payment, leaving a $120.93 balance due for the January 26, 2019 payment.

Between February 21, 2019 and February 26, 2019, IFS attempted to contact *** (LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS) concerning the past due balance for the January 26, 2019 payment, but was unsuccessful.

On March 1, 2019, IFS received a $1,241.87 payment, which was applied towards the remaining balance for the January 26, 2019 payment, and the February 26, 2019 payment. On this day, the January 26, 2019 payment was 30 days past due (LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS).

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), IFS must furnish accurate payment information to the credit bureaus. Therefore, the account is reporting accurately and no adjustments will be made.
