This company is appalling. DO NOT HONOUR their agreement. Do not pay compensation by dragging out cases for months.
OVERCHARGING for so called oversized items.
I packaged a helmet that was apparently 'audited' as being OVER 180cm!!! That's an awful lot of packaging!?? OR just a SCAM!
