Ordered hair curling tongsmid December – not received them – not responded to my emails
Ordered curling tongs via Instagram received confirmation email but still hve not received the goods. Chased twice via email with no response and their website is unavailable.

Paid for goods and not received
I paid for an Infinity Iron Pro on 10th November 2019 and have not received it. There is no phone number to ring and they have not responded to at least 6 emails. This was to have been a Christmas present.

Never received item I purchased after paying.
I placed an order through Instagram for Infinity Iron Pro. Received confirmation email, took my money but never shipped the item or replied to any of my emails. There is no phone number for me to call. The charged me $39.96
