I pd auto insurance one year in advance 1500. Sold car 4months later and received 399 refund. Called their so called customer service and after many calls to them my agent st budget insurance in Inverness fl and speaking with sups. I guess this is it. I will never recommend infinity not budget insurance to anyone. They have no customer service skills be and are very unprofessional. I requested a break down of how they calculated refund only to be told they don't have to supply this. My my. I will tell ten people and they will tell ten people and will also tell fl insurance commissioner everything that happened. Maybe they can add up what stinks here.
