Went online and found this website to purchase a new pup for my boys birthday. Sent the money to them and was assured that she would be on a flight in two days and I would get the flight info. Messaged when I didn't get the info at the time promised. Stated was on their way to the airport at that time. A little bit later get an email stating they need another $970.00 for insurance and to MoneyGram money to this individual. None of the numbers added up for the carrier so offered to set up a flight on my end. They then started pushing the insurance after stating previously that they had no knowledge it was required and was a new policy with their carrier. Could go into more detail but have screen captures and the emails to back it up.
