Very easy to use product and useful! I have bought a prospection list for my client through the GET product. It was super easy to extract and exactly what I wanted to better target my clients target. I recommend.

They offer different products to get data information about different businesses worldwide. I subscribed to USE and got all I need for my prospecting list.

This company buys stolen personal information from somewhere and places personal private information on their websites.
I tried to approach them asking to remove my personal data. They asked me to provide my personal mobile phone number. Frustrating! I never ever provided them my personal information, now when I ask them to remove it, they are asking again for other personal information!
They are located in Belgium, to which country I never had any type of connection. They are breaching

Great service. It is the only directory in the world that I have found that provides information on companies in 72 countries. Additionally I have subscribed to one of their new infobelpro services (use.infobelpro.com) and got really valuable insight on any company in the world and any director from one single location. Their service is good and either free or unexpensive packages, I highly recommend them.

Very bad. They store information which is a very confidential one.

They sign you up for few years even if you have paid for 12 months

1 year leater you will be contacted by their solicitors to pay up or you will be sued.

Keep your distance from this company. They have posted up old business listing with my company logo, my private phone number and inaccurate business description. Trying for 12 months now to get it removed. Extremely difficult to contact and all emails from them are noreply.com mail !

Stopped operating a year ago as a computer repair business. Got all my details removed from Yell and Google, etc. Now I find that this website is displaying my company info which includes home address.

As a result I am still getting calls from people who think I am in business still and having to explain to them that I'm not. Even had one rude person tell me that I should take the information down if I'm not in business yet how can I do that when the website isn't in English and the link to remove company from their website states that they can't find my business information despite displaying it on their website.

I am strongly considering carrying out a ddos attack on this website to take it offline since that appears to be my only option to stop my details being displayed on their website.

My PERSONAL data was stored here with no consent from me! Including my home address!!!
I can't get it removed because my phone number isn't attached so they won't let me remove it.
And I can't get in touch with them! Their phone mailbox is full.
Damn this company! This is how people get doxxed!

Clearly the 'review' by Alain Wahba, on Nov 18 is from someone who works for the company. Most listings are not submitted by the persons listed and there is no clear or free way to get them to delete your data.

infobel lists data without permission and no easy or free way to get them to remove it which is frustrating and annoying

his company is an official directory publisher and it is the only one where you can get the data for 75 countries. All the data published is officially declared at the Telco Regulator and at the Privacy commission in compliance with all EU Laws and directives. Everyone can also claim their record and modify, enhance or delete it directly in realtime which is not the case for most directories.

Found a number (and exact address…) for someone I really needed to contact & could not find anywhere else (uk electoral role, other main uk phone books etc).

– they seem to list for many countries… UK is infobel.com/en/uk,
– Need to search with thought – Smith J, not John Smith etc

( I have NOT tried it for other countries, noting their link for USA jumps it to us-info.com/en/usa – I do NOT know if that is a good or bad search page )

– I suspect this success was due to the number having got to infobel from old uk phonebooks (the person was resident at same address / same telephone number since more than 20 years)

– There might be a problem that if people go ex-directory removing themselves from the UK telephonebook of BT & others (eg. 192), … that the entry here with infobel (based in Belgium) is probably not removed, as it is a separate company.
– I had a friend with a similar case with a different eastern european online telephone / telefone book search web site which had their full name, address, phone, AND mobile phone number listed, AND I think even had date of birth findable under details! (but did remove at least all the visible info when asked).

so far no luck.

the process is painful. First you need to jump through hoops to get the contact us page, after filling it in you need to do 20+ click the pages that have hills or trees for i am not a robot spam mail. finally thre email goes through

you get a reply email, you need to fill in the form for us to process your request. so you fill in the form, but its invalid. it cant find you on the system. now how can a european country have info on an australian company, your address, phone no etc, but you cant even log in? i never even signed up. Now im struggling to remove my address because no one knows anything, but they seem to know everything else about you!. ill be pressing a lawsuit soon if these idiots dont remove me from their system that i cant seem to find to update.

They are buying private datas from Telefonica to public than without permission!!!!

Infobel.com is indeed a very bad company. Putting the wrong info on their website and no way to change that wrong onformation.

everybody can google you and your adress with phone number.
So you get a lot of unserius telephone calls from all criminal guys
all over europe.

Ratings of directories do not reflect their true quality. I have had better results from directories rated "2 star" than from "4 star". Makes you wonder if stars are based on click-through commission paid to Infobel?
