I have been using Infomaniak for years now (over 10 years). During that time I also had clients who were using hosting plans with other companies, and the problems we've had with those other companies opened my eyes to how trustworthy and reliable Infomaniak is! Before that, I just assumed all big hosting providers were honest and reliable. Hah!
The only sub-optimal support I ever had from them was many years ago, when a 1st-line support person was impolite. That has not happened since. Support is now great, and the services provided cannot be faulted.

The service is good. Unfortunately their newsletter system is too sophisticated. We have launched an advertisement campaign to our own customers and contacts (not a purchased list) but their newsletter device stopped it and cancelled the URL because some persons unsubscribed It harmed us We will probably stop to work with them.
