I paid for computer tech support and at first it appeared that they did some work running scans on computer for viruses, but would continue to get pop ups and computer still would freeze up and a window would come up asking me to call microsoft because i had a serious virus that would harm my computer if i log off. it was giving me a number for a micro soft technical support agent that would try and sell me another plan to get rid off viruses. it actually sound like the same person from the previous plan that i paid for. when i told him that i had already paid for technical support he told me to call them to see if they could fix my problem he said his phone number was 844-547-0300-ext 401 and his name was jesse miller with a strong asian accent. i paid 500 dollars for a lifetime support in january 2016
