Very low fabric quality, semi-transparent knits. The sewing in thread color does not match and the pattern is similar to the picture but is not the same. Very angry and disappointed

I ordered from this company after I saw their advert several times in my Instagram feed.
Once ordered I waited several weeks for my order to arrive.
Oh dear…. the jumpers I ordered were nothing like the images on their website and so badly finished it laughable. The fit (I use that term loosely) is shocking. The material is scratchy and all the jumpers had a horrible smell. I have contacted them and as yet waiting for a reply. I left 1* ratings on their website which they have removed and surprise surprise only 5* ratings remain which are certainly all fake- look at the grammar and language used. There were other 1* ratings from others who have been duped by their advertising who have also had their comments and ratings removed.
I also left a negative comment on Instagram and they have blocked me there also. I have reported to Instagram and also Facebook as they are obviously a bait and switch site, luring you in then sending sub standard items.
I Paid via Paypal and the confirmation came under "Zhuoyun Network Technology Co., Ltd" who have been listed as scammers here. They also "YunExpress" to track delivery. All three are listed as scammers by reviewers
