What total disaster of a company IQED (part of the infamously shoddy Brightside Group) run by Mr James Jones, have never hit a deadline, have the worst customer service I have experienced and when you complain you hear nothing…. I made a complaint directly to James who proceeded to pass the buck and hide behind email, this is one chap that would be the first off a ship if he was captain!! 2 years to arrange a few medical appointments, various lost pieces of paperwork and duplication of documents for me to sign.

This shower organised a medical related to a car accident. The consultant was late, rented a room at the local hospital by the hour. He diagnosed my knee as a bruised bone based on looking at it and a lump in my belly as fat necrosis without examining it. Lump was subsequently diagnosed as a tumour released from my umbilicus by the accident and I've had two abdominal resections to remove it. I contacted IQED straight after the medical to voice concerns, they ignored it. I emailed Zara Tancock, their Head of Client Services, no response. Their staff change on a regular basis and there is no continuity.
