Paid extra $35 for 2-day shipping didn't get the package 4 days later.
RETURN charge a %15 restocking fee even for unopen items. WHAT?

This is a mom and pop shop masquerading as a real business. Terrible customer service. It took 10 days for me to receive one ink cartridge. They took no responsibility. There are many other companies that offer these inks. AVOID INK TECHNOLOGIES. THEY SUCK.

purchased ink cartridges Aug 2019 with 1-year warranty, cartridges were recently rejected because of Epson firmware update and they replaced the entire order with no questions asked. Was ready for a battle but they slammed dunked the customer service when I called. 8/3/20 Victor E

I have a printing company for over 10 years. I had a order of ink toner and they stated that since I ordered the toner to NJ ( which is where my printing company is and my billing address is in CT, and due to the fact that they cant verify my address on UPS (have no idea why) I'm possibly fraudulent. Remember I have been in business for years. So they will need to cancel my order….. WOW what an insult. YOU need to check your verification system. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH EVER AGAIN….. I should have read their reviews before I even ordered!!

Worst ink ever. I ordered some for my Canon pro 100 . I installed them and s few days later I noticed I had ink everywhere in my printer. These ink cartridges are worthless they leak and leave you with nothing but a mess. Sure they will replace them but what you get is no better

The ink cartridges that I bought for my HP laser printer were junk. Two of them failed within the first year that they were installed. One showed that only 10% of the toner had been used and the other 20%. I contacted Ink Technologies after the first one failed and was told that they would not replace it since it had been just over a year since I ordered it (I didn't replace my old one until it was empty, which was about 4 or 5 months after I received the replacement). The second one failed just short of a year after I had installed it. I'm expecting the other two to go at any time. So I have had to order and pay for replacements for barely used cartridges, which of course is not cost effective! So beware of the poor quality products that are sold by this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SENT ME A DRUM FOR MY FAX MACHINE WITH A SCRATCH ON IT, RENDERING IT USELESS. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER DRUM, & IT WAS USED, LOADED WITH TONER, IT HAD GLUE ON THE TOP OF THE COVER, & CLEARLY WAS A USED PIECE OF CRAP BEING PASSED AS NEW. THEIR PRICES WERE NOT THE BEST ON THE WEB, YET THEIR PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WERE GARBAGE. THE PEOPLE WERE ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS EACH TIME ON THE PHONE, & HUNG UP THE PHONE REPEATEDLY. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW, IN THAT THE SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS, IN THE EVENT THAT DEFECTIVE GOODS ARE RECEIVED. THEY DON'T LIKE TO REFUND MONEY NOT DUE THEM.

Told them the cartridge has an error message and would not load. Sent me to the manufacturer and said they're not responsible for the problem. Customer service? There is none! Will never buy from these people again! They sold the product and they should be responsible for correcting this problem… shoved it over to the do not disturb folder!

Be advised that someone has hacked your site. I received a ransom e-mail demanding a sum of money or my computer would die a dismal death.

They had my name, email address and the password I used for you. I use a different password for each just for cases such as this.

Needless to say, I did not respond but I thought you should know.

Amazing customer service experience. Ordered a 4 pack of toner cartridges for way cheaper than they normally are. 3 of them worked perfectly, one didn't. I contacted them by phone (extremely pleasant girl on the phone) They immediately sent me a replacement. Will be buying again!

Long time customer, one time a few years ago their Cust. Ser. Rep was snarky, but I bought anyway because they have great prices and ship fast. Once they changed manufacturers of an aftermarket laser toner and it didn't work, but they promptly took back the product, i bought another laser printer, and they have shipped the new toner. Pretty much always accurate and great service. btw, they actually seem to have a warehouse and can ship product same day! Not one of these website only companies. I will continue using them. Website is easy to use and stores your past orders, so very easy to reorder!
