Excellent customer service. We bought a colour ink pack – one was faulty. Staff responded quickly to my text enquiry to confirm we could exchange it & that they were open during lockdown. Unfortunately we live more than the legal 5km away – Kazim arranged time travel to us to make the exchange after closing. I really appreciated that he went above & beyond to help. He also sent a follow up message to make sure the replacement cartridge was fine. I was nervous about trying InkCart but they have warmth my appreciation & trust. I would therefore recommend them highly to others 馃槉馃憤馃徎

Best service and very friendly! My ink arrived within 30 minutes of ordering.
They were very helpful in regards to making sure I had the correct ink for my printer and the prices were really good.
Great idea, fast and convenient especially during stage 4 where ink delivery elsewhere has been taking weeks.
