I so agree with everyone else. They are horrible. Never received my package. I have been waiting for a refund for 5 months…got $12 and the say the balance is pending. Pending what? They didn't pend to take it from me. I send an email 2 times a day…they have not responded for the past 8 days….I will not give up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

If there is a zero star, I would give this company. I ordered on March 2020 and it came to me after several months (7 months). I understand that it is due to covid pandemic, but I don't understand why they kept on ordering me to follow up on our local post office, when it is their duty to do that. Another thing, when the item (ear buds) arrived to me, the other one is not working. So I contacted them for replacement/refund but they are not responding anymore. This is a total scam! Don't order or else you will experience the same.

I totally agreed with everybody鈥檚 reviews! TOTAL SCAM! I wished they will get banned for false advertising and not be able to conduct any business elsewhere! They always said it has shipped and can鈥檛 issue a refund, 2 hrs after you placed the order since it was shipped already! Shame on Chinese products that is totally scam! That is why no one trusts you scammers! It鈥檚 chinese products and totally crap!

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered in March and still have no received my package! It has a been 6 months this is completely ridiculous! I have contacted the customer service email and they tried to tell me it was delivered for some time now and when I confronted them that the package has not arrived they said it was delayed. I have asked for a refund several times and nothing. Do not order from this company!!!

*** Do not purchase anything from this company *** I purchased merchandise on May 9, 2020 – I figured with Covid it would be delayed however it is now Sept 6th and still have not received my order. I have emailed several times in which received a reply with poor grammar says to 鈥渏ust wait longer鈥?it鈥檚 only delayed due to COVID. I finally asked for a refund and they said that since it was already shipped they are not allowed to do refunds. I have been trying to track it and it shows it is never left California when I got the first email that it was packaged and ready to be mailed. After several months the tracking number disappeared and now is no longer able to be tracked and this company says absolutely nothing to help me. I lost the money and the products while they reply saying 鈥渏ust wait longer.鈥?I will share with everybody that I know to never use this company, ever. This company would probably use Covid as an excuse in 2025.

Same company as Tomaob and zoiyashop and a half dozen other names but same scam. If you get anything at all, it will be a flimsy fabric chair that does not rock or even just the footrest. Or earbuds that don't work. It is 100% a scam. See tomaobdotcomisascam on FB. I've reported to FB and PayPal and the FTC. PayPal refunded my money.

I can鈥檛 leave no stars or minus stars but please don鈥檛 buy from this company. My order took weeks to come, way past the time I needed it for. When it was finally delivered, the box was badly battered n not at all well packed. The final straw was when we put the batteries in the fire truck plane and all the speaking features were in bloody Chinese!!!
So we can鈥檛 even give the gift now even if we wanted too!
Don鈥檛 waste your money, don鈥檛 get ripped off, steer well clear and buy in the UK.馃槨馃槨

Dishonest crooks. Charged me $70 for a broken plastic telescope. Maybe had $1 in parts. Total scam. I鈥檓 a elderly retiree and I can鈥檛 afford to take the hit.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EOMOOM!!!!
I would've given them a zero rating, but had to choose at least one star in order to write a review.
I took the clickbait on FB that showed a rocking sling chair. They shipped me a totally different chair (took a month) that in NO WAY resembled the one I ordered. I then began a very long, very contentious process of trying to get a refund. They admitted the product they advertised was "our testing material" and was not, in fact, what they shipped to buyers. At another point, I was told "we rarely offer refunds". Eventually I got a refund of only 65% of what I paid. This outfit is a total scam. Don't be taken in like I was.

If I could of given it 0 star that would of been perfect. I brought 1 earbuds , I watch, and a Bluetooth head set that was in April 2020 I never got the product until July 19. I understand Covid had part in it the earbuds are garbage 1 side work and the other doesn鈥檛 also this Chinese lady keep on cutting in saying only God knows what. The Bluetooth headset is the same case for the were all gifts, as for the watch it would be an insult to give someone that and to make matters worse to call it an I watch it look so fake and clumsy it鈥檚 a shame. I contacted customers service and they are offer me 15% back the the product is in working order after I asked them to give me the address to return the product they refused from giving me back my full refund. TG I payed with PayPal they鈥檙e working it out. I鈥檓 saying to anyone else out there who is look at there product pls don鈥檛 buy it鈥檚 a ripped off and if you decided to Pay with PayPal because your money is protected.

I bought two pairs of head buds and they kept saying I will get them and after 3 months I never got them, and then they kept saying to wait to be patient but they didn鈥檛 even want to give me a refund and just last night after 4 months and changing my card once they somehow still charged me money and I never bought anything and I haven鈥檛 even got the products from April.

If there were zero stars to choose from I would select it. I ordered 2 headphones 11/2019 and never received my product nor a refund to this day. I tried getting a refund through PayPal and they declined it due to this bogus company providing a tracking number. The last I checked my headphones were in N.Y & they told me to drive 13 hours to go to that post office to see if they were there when my shipping address is clearly in N.C. What a joke & a scam!!!!!!

Avoid buying from them! I had similar experience than others.. ordered in February, checked my delivery tracker which said 鈥渙n its way鈥?then suddenly updated to 鈥渞eturn to sender鈥? Eomoom said no one was home so it was my fault.. although we were on full lockdown with 4 people in the house and I received items from other companies without any problem. When claiming a refund I was told to be understanding that the current situation was hard on them (as if it wasn鈥檛 for us all) and I should pay for shipping if I wanted a replacement pair. They told me the shipping was 20$, which actually was more than the pair of earphones itself. Very poor customer service who didn鈥檛 try to help and blamed me for the non delivery instead of apologising. Also It鈥檚 so frustrating to pay for something you never get! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. There are other company with much better service and similar prices!!

This has been an ongoing dilemma. When I contacted them initially, Eomoom offered me a 10% discount if I kept the worthless pile of parts they sent me for $105.00. I said "No. Please send me your address in China to return this worthless junk." They said "it will cost you $20 to return the item to us in China". I said "Fine, send me your address". They will not send me an address to return the junk. Then they offered me a 20% discount, followed by a 30% discount when I contacted them a few days later. Now they are offering me a 40% discount. I keep telling them the product is broken and worthless. Only a 95% discount would be worth not having to mail the worthless broken pieces back to them. Then I will drop the lot in the trash.

TOOK 2,5 MONTHS TO RECEIVE A PAIR OF EAR PODS. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GET ME A REFUND AND DID NOT REPLY TO THAT. ONE OF THE EAR PODS IS DEFECTIVE, IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL AND OFFERED THE RIDICULOUS REFUND OF 15% FIRST AND WHEN I COMPLAINED MADE IT 20% WHICH MEANS A COUPLE OF EUROS.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I received my order after 2,5 months and one of the ear pods was not working. After exchanging 3-4 messages they offered me the HUGE refund of 15% meaning 3-4 euros.
I asked them to keep it and buy a coffee from me!!!!!
This company is a disaster.

So bad, ordered on 29 April, and like most people on here, I also haven鈥檛 received my product. They continually provide me with a tracking number via an email telling me to be patient and it will be 20 days, well it鈥檚 almost been 90. Ridiculous!

This company is awful! Ordered headphones on 27/03/20 and not only have they not arrived, when asking for a refund they say they cant provide it until they do so we can send them back and they start the refund process. What if they never arrive? How can we then get a refund

I ordered my product April 29 , and it鈥檚 July 9… and I still haven鈥檛 received it. I have contacted them many times about a refund , but they were saying it鈥檚 in transit so they can鈥檛 give us a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! You won鈥檛 get your money nor whatever you order !!!
